Inspection alone is not enough. Where defects are identified, we provide targeted remedial works delivered. Our focus is on eliminating the underlying cause of damp and mould and removal of damp or already mouldy building material to prevent spreading.

Remedial Works might include: 

• Removal of mould-affected building material

• Installation / upgrade of extractor fans

• Repair of leaking pipework or roof defects

• Gutter and drainage corrections

• Insulation upgrades to reduce cold bridging and prevent condensation

• Installing water proof material like water resistant boards in bathrooms

• Removal and reinstatement of plasterboard / plaster 

• Re-decorating following remediation
